Terms of Service
These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for the use of GramPixel's Website and Services. By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions.
1Overview & Scope
GramPixel integrates with Google APIs and Developer Services (including the Google Ads API, Google Tag Manager, and Google Sign-In) to enable server-side offline conversion tracking, marketing analytics, and account connectivity for our customers.
Our use of and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, as well as the Google APIs Terms of Service.
2Information Requested & Minimum Relevant Permissions
We request only the minimum relevant permissions necessary to implement and operate our features:
- Authentication (Google Sign-In): Basic profile info (name, email address, profile picture) strictly to authenticate your identity and administer your GramPixel workspace account.
- Google Ads Integration: Permission to upload offline conversions (e.g. associating captured
gclidvalues with downstream conversion events like channel joins, bot starts, and purchases). - Incremental & Contextual Authorization: We do not request access to permissions or sensitive scopes until you explicitly initiate that integration in your dashboard settings.
3Google API Services User Data Policy & Limited Use Disclosure
Limited Use Compliance
GramPixel's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:
- Prominent Features: We only use Google data to provide and improve user-facing features prominent in the GramPixel interface (e.g., conversion attribution reporting and campaign performance analytics).
- No Data Selling or Transfers: We do not sell, rent, or transfer Google user data to third parties, advertising brokers, data brokers, or information resellers under any circumstances.
- No Advertising Use: We do not use Google user data for serving personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertisements, nor for determining creditworthiness.
- No Human Access: No humans are permitted to read Google user data unless you have given explicit affirmative consent for troubleshooting, it is strictly required for security/abuse investigation, or it is mandated by applicable law.
- Strict Prohibition on Intimate / Explicit Imagery:GramPixel strictly does not use, and explicitly prohibits using Google APIs for processing, generating, hosting, modifying, or distributing AI-generated Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII), deepfakes, synthetic explicit content, or any sexually explicit material, in full compliance with Google's API Services User Data Policy and Cloud Security policies.
4Secure Storage, Transit & Data Portability
We enforce enterprise-grade security standards to ensure user information is safe in transit and at rest:
- All API communication uses TLS 1.3 encryption in transit.
- Tokens and credentials are encrypted at rest using industry-standard cryptographic algorithms.
- Credentials (passwords, tokens, API secrets) are never checked into source code or exposed client-side.
- Data Portability: Users can export their conversion datasets and tracking configurations at any time via Settings → Export Data (CSV/JSON) or via the GramPixel REST API.
5Account Disconnection & Revocation of Access
You may disconnect GramPixel from your Google account at any time:
- Directly within GramPixel: Go to Settings → Integrations → Google Ads → Disconnect.
- Through Google Security Settings: Visit your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions, select GramPixel, and click Remove Access.
- Upon revocation, our servers immediately delete the stored OAuth access and refresh tokens, halting all further data exchange.
