Data Retention Policy
This policy describes how long GramPixel retains different categories of data and how data is securely deleted after the retention period.
1Overview
GramPixel retains data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, and support the legitimate operation of our services. This policy applies to all data processed through our platform.
2Retention Schedule
The following table outlines the retention periods for different categories of data:

3Account Deletion
When you delete your account or request data erasure, GramPixel will:
- Delete all personal profile data within 30 days
- Remove workspace data including links, bots, and tracking configurations
- Anonymize click and event data so it can no longer be attributed to you
- Retain billing records for 7 years as required by tax regulations
Important: Account deletion is irreversible. Export your data before requesting deletion via Settings → Account → Delete Account.
4Automated Deletion
GramPixel runs automated data lifecycle processes to enforce retention schedules:
Daily Cleanup
Raw click and event data older than 90 days is purged from operational databases nightly.
Monthly Review
Inactive accounts (no login for 12+ months on free plan) receive a warning email before data cleanup.
5Data Export
Before any retention-related deletion, you can export your data at any time:
- Dashboard → Settings → Export Data (CSV/JSON formats)
- API access for programmatic data export
- Contact privacy@grampixel.com for a full GDPR-compliant data package
6Secure Disposal
When data reaches the end of its retention period, GramPixel ensures secure disposal through:
- Cryptographic erasure for encrypted data stores
- Secure overwriting for database records
- Verification logs confirming successful deletion
- Third-party sub-processor deletion confirmation within 30 days
