This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the prohibited activities and usage restrictions when using GramPixel's platform and services.
1Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of GramPixel's platform, services, and APIs. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
2Prohibited Activities
You may not use GramPixel's services to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk automated communications
- Distribute malware, phishing links, or deceptive content
- Engage in click fraud, fake traffic generation, or artificially inflating metrics
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Harvest, scrape, or collect user data without proper authorization
- Impersonate another person, entity, or GramPixel itself
- Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
- Use the service for illegal gambling, adult content, or controlled substances promotion
3Telegram-Specific Restrictions
Given the nature of our platform, the following Telegram-specific rules apply:
Bot Usage
Bots connected to GramPixel must comply with Telegram's Bot API Terms of Service. Bots must not be used for spamming or harassing users.
Invite Links
Tracked invite links must point to legitimate channels and groups. Fraudulent or misleading invite links are prohibited.
Ad Tracking
Telegram Ad tracking credentials must belong to you or be authorized by the account owner. Unauthorized access to ad accounts is prohibited.
User Data
Tracked user data must be handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws. You must have a lawful basis for tracking users.
4Resource Usage Limits
Your usage must remain within the limits of your subscription plan. Specifically:
- API rate limits must be respected — do not bypass throttling mechanisms
- Automated scripts that create excessive server load are prohibited
- Sharing account credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties is forbidden
- Creating multiple free accounts to circumvent plan limits will result in account termination
5Enforcement & Reporting
GramPixel reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates this AUP, including:
- Issuing warnings for first-time or minor violations
- Temporarily suspending access to the service
- Permanently terminating accounts for serious or repeated violations
- Reporting illegal activities to relevant law enforcement authorities
