Adding Custom Domains

Why Use a Custom Domain?

• Brand trust — users are more likely to click links from a recognized domain.
• Ad platform compliance — some ad networks flag shared tracker domains.
• Better deliverability — custom domains are less likely to be blocked.

Setup

1. Go to Domains in the sidebar.
2. Click Add Domain.
3. Enter your domain (e.g., track.yourbrand.com).
4. Add the DNS records shown (usually a CNAME record).
5. Click Verify.

SSL Certificates

GramPixel automatically provisions and renews SSL certificates via Let's Encrypt. Your domain will be secured with HTTPS within minutes of verification.

Troubleshooting

• DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours (usually 5-30 minutes).
• Ensure no conflicting A/AAAA records exist for the subdomain.
• Check the domain health indicator in the Domains dashboard.
