What is IP Whitelisting?
IP whitelisting restricts access to your GramPixel workspace to only pre-approved IP addresses. This prevents unauthorized access even if login credentials are compromised.
Setup
- Go to Settings → IP Whitelist.
- Click Add IP.
- Enter the IP address and an optional label (e.g., "Office Network").
- Repeat for all authorized IPs.
Important Notes
- Make sure to add your current IP before enabling the whitelist.
- VPN IPs may change — whitelist the entire VPN range if needed.
- If you lock yourself out, contact support to reset the whitelist.
