Anti-Spam & Bot Protection
Security & Compliance · 5 min read
How It Works
GramPixel uses multiple signals to detect and block spam bots before they join your channels:
- Behavioral fingerprinting — analyzes interaction patterns (click timing, page engagement) to identify bots.
- IP reputation — checks incoming IPs against known datacenter, proxy, and VPN databases.
- Telegram account analysis — flags accounts with suspicious characteristics (no profile photo, generic names, recent creation).
Configuration
- Go to Anti-Spam in the sidebar.
- Enable protection for your channels.
- Set the risk threshold (Low / Medium / High sensitivity).
- Configure actions for flagged users: auto-block, require approval, or alert only.
Blacklist Management
Manually add IPs, Telegram IDs, or usernames to the blacklist under Anti-Spam → Blacklist. Blacklisted entities are immediately blocked from all channels in the workspace.
