What Counts as an Event?
Every tracked interaction counts as one event: page views, visits, bot starts, channel joins, custom events, and postback deliveries.
Plan Limits
- Solo — pay per conversion ($0.05/conversion)
- Starter — 250,000 events/month
- Pro — 1,500,000 events/month
- Agency — Unlimited events
What Happens at the Limit?
When you reach 80% of your limit, you'll receive an email notification. At 100%, overage billing kicks in — additional events are billed at your plan's overage rate.
Monitoring Usage
Check your current usage in Billing → Usage. The usage bar shows consumed vs. available events with a projected end-of-month estimate.
