What Are Join Requests?

When a channel is set to "Approve New Members," users submit a join request instead of joining directly. GramPixel can automatically process these requests based on rules you define.

Creating Rules

1. Go to Join Requests in the sidebar.
2. Click Add Rule.
3. Define conditions:
   • Source match — only approve users from specific tracking links or campaigns.
   • Blacklist check — reject users on the blacklist.
   • Spam score — reject users above a certain risk threshold.
4. Set the action: Approve, Reject, or Hold for manual review.

Use Cases

• Auto-approve users who came from paid ads (verified traffic).
• Auto-reject users with no tracking data (likely spam).
• Hold premium channel requests for manual approval.
