Building Automated Bot Funnels

Welcome to the Automation Builder

GramPixel allows you to visually build automation scenarios (funnels) for your bots without writing any code. Engage users immediately after they click /start and automate your follow-ups.

Creating a Welcome Sequence

1. Navigate to Automation in the sidebar and click Create Scenario.
2. Select the trigger: "When user sends /start".
3. Add a "Send Message" action. This will be your welcome message. You can include text, images, and inline buttons.
4. Use variables like {{first_name}} to personalize the message.

Using Delays and Follow-ups

To maximize conversion rates, you should follow up with users who didn't convert immediately.

1. After your welcome message, add a "Delay" block (e.g., 24 hours).
2. Add a "Condition" block: Check if the user has triggered a specific Custom Event (e.g., Purchase).
3. If they have not purchased, add a new "Send Message" action offering a discount or a reminder.

Internal Alerts (Admin Notifications)

You can also use Automation to notify your own team. Add an "Alert" block to send a direct message to a manager's Telegram account whenever a high-value lead is generated or a deposit is made.
